Return Policy
Because each piece is made just for you, we generally can’t accept returns (as outlined in Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
That said — if something arrives damaged or not quite right, just reach out to us within 14 days. We’ll sort it out and arrange a replacement or return.
